Ordered a shirt from Dick's online, it said to do the curbside pickup and check in when you get here. Checked in, it's been 15 minutes. So I called and the girl said it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to to get my product. What's the point of doing an email confirmation saying your product is ready and waiting another 30 minutes to an hour in the parking lot?
After I made an online pickup in store purchase. Without calling or offering to get something shipped to me, my order was cancelled. Terrible customer service. Especially this close to Christmas.
My son bought some knee pads for basketball but accidentally picked up the wrong size. He took them back a couple weeks later to exchange for a different size. Same pads just a different size and they charged him $10 more because he used a coupon the first time. This was an even exchange for the same item in a different size. He wasn't asking for full price back in cash. He just wanted to swap them out. Very disappointed in this "policy". Likely will return these for full price and buy some at Academy.
The price on the rack was half the price it rang up as. Not shopping there again
Wanted to buy a rifle and Iv been waiting over 2 hrs..
I went yesterday and the young man that was waiting on us was very helpful. We was getting cleats and they had what we wanted and at a good price. And great customer service!! The store in Madison, Tn

Visited the Goodlettsville TN store yesterday to find shoes for my son. After visiting several other stores & not finding his size At any store , we went to Dicks. The selection was great and they had his size in everything he tried. We had excellent help and customer service and ended up paying $30 less for the same shoe that we saw at the previous stores! Very happy customers!
