I called Dicks and had someone at my house that day. After diagnosing the problem I was given an estimate of about 1200 to fix the problem, but was encouraged to just buy a new furnace from them for 2800, before instalation. When the technician left I checked the furnace and he left the covers off and the filter was on the ground in my back yard.
