Called an order in to pick up unfortunately after sitting for 5 mins watching the girl inside play with her phone she came and asked what I ordered after I said a call in with the last name and 20 mins later still no food really disappointing I could’ve came in and ordered food and got it quicker! Won’t be back for awhile need new help for call ins

RecommendedCustomer service is excellent. We typically pick-up our orders here and the “carhops” are super friendly. In the event of an error with the order...which is rare.... they are quick to fix the problem, compensate, and apologize. Great burgers and dogs and their “belly-washer” drinks and huge and the same price as most 16-20oz drinks at other restaurants! Way to go guys! We appreciate you!!!
RecommendedI was a big fan of In-n-Out burgers til I had my first Dicks Burger. Dicks burger is now my best fast food burger. I also love the classic atmosphere on their properties.

Maybe just our visit, but the fries were literally dripping oil. The burgers were meh. Paid a nickle for a squeeze pack of mustard, because a burger doesn't come with it? When you make McDonald's look good...
