Service dept is a big rip off center! Quoted $1100 plus the $225 diagnostics charge, so $1325 total. The part from a reputable Mopar dealer site was $200. The sensor has one small bolt and one electric plug. It took me 3 minutes to install. I asked the GM how this was possible….. I have only heard crickets … so, tbe reviews start now ! FYI to all that are interested in Dicks wilsonville…. Never ever ever heard from the General Manager … even though he stated in his response he was going to “contact me soon” . I came in with my daughter Crystal to purchase a used vehicle. Steve Merklin met us at the door with a very nice smile and positive attitude. I am in the car business and was completely impressed with our treatment and the process. My daughter left happy and with the vehicle she wanted. Great customer service. Steve you were wonderful!! Thank you Dicks Auto Group for great staffing.
Really bad service we took our car to get it fix because it was making a noice and they charge us 10,000 and they said if the noise comes back bring it and will fix it for free a month later and the noise came back and now they want to charge us another 2,000. They clearly didny fix anything and just stoled our money.
Was looking around for a new truck and Mike (Motor) helped out with everything on explaining details and helping with more information I didn’t know. When we went on a test drive it felt like you were just driving around with you’re buddy. No sales pitch talk just casual chatting. Ryan then helped get all the paperwork filled out and was also great. Again no sales pitch or any pushing to buy was all at my own pace. Had an awesome experience with Mike! Super friendly and upbeat – his energy made the whole vehicle-buying process way more fun than expected. He really knows his stuff when it comes to vehicles and was great at explaining everything without making it feel overwhelming.
