Just took my trailer down and Rick helped walk me through everything with my trailer. He fixed the few small things that were broken. He was very thorough and was great about answering my questions. This is the first trailer I have owned and now I feel confident it is ready to roll down the road. He showed me how to use the sway control and weight distribution hitch correctly.
