The return policy should be rethought. After my mom purchased new tile for her bathroom remodel. It was after 21 days from purchase when she went to return. Which she was then told she could not return. Anything before 21 days is a 25% restock fee. Most people overbuy with the intent to return the remainder instead of under purchasing and needing to rush in to order more. Will take business elsewhere for any future needs.
Had our master bath shower redone by them and we are thrilled with the results! Could not be happier with their work from start to finish! Everyone from Chet and Julie to every workman who came in, to our follow-up call was on time, thorough and up front. We were clear on what we could expect every step of the way and every workman was clean, efficient, highly capable and personable. Beautiful, beautiful work!
They will not repair my sisters counter after it cracked and was repaired once now they will not stand behind their product and replace it you will not get my business!!!
