It’s always a pleasurable experience at the office of Dr Chris Simpson. The doctor is very attentive and caring and doesn’t rush you in and out quickly. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse, the entire team is outstanding.
Outstanding experience from booking through appointment. Staff was helpful and accommodating. First visit- Dr. Simpson was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind.
Dr. Simpson listens to your concerns and adjust care as needed. His staff is friendly and professional. If you need a doctor give him a try.
Dr Simpson & his Front Desk was AMAZING. They were Pleasant & Very Welcoming.
As an over 6 year patient, I called the office for the nurse or the doctor to discuss important health concerns. Call 3 days straight and left messages for the after being assured I’d get a reply………. A week and 3 days later STILL no response. During that week I’ve had ER care , additional medication given, several new diagnosis but STILL no response from my PCP office of over 6 years………… VERY disappointed. Staff do better. Scroggins
