Long time tenant. This apartment complex was great! The landlord is extremely personable and offers an onsite maintenance crew! The landscaping and facilities were always well maintained!

Awesome place to live! Beautiful property with walking paths, fruit trees, flowers and a FREE community garden just for tenants! Pet friendly, super nice (and quiet) neighbors. Close to freeways, shops, library (across the street) and Carl the owner/manager is super nice, and attentive. I lived here for 1.5 years and loved it!
