The property was sold to new owners and he plays this whole game about how they want to do there lease and how they can get more money if they fix the dump up he is pretending to rent you. Scammers

Long time tenant. This apartment complex was great! The landlord is extremely personable and offers an onsite maintenance crew! The landscaping and facilities were always well maintained!
