Dickinson Arms Apts - Quiet Place I have managed here for 3 years and this is a quiet place. Yes, I would recommend this place to family and friends. This pool is always clean and the residents enjoy it during the summer. The Office staff is friendly and maintenance is good. As far as crime & drug abuse goes, that must have been before my time. We have a wonderful Officer that lives on property. Please feel free to call or visit anytime. We have floorplans right outside the door.
Pass on this one! This apartment complex is noted for its crime and drug abuse. I wouldn't recommend renting here. It is just of the freeway, noisy and the apartments are rarely maintained. Please pass on this one.
