I used Shannon when I purchased the old Grand Lake Hotel on Grand Lake. He did a great job and gave an honest appraisal. I had an adjustable loan and had to do a refinance years latter. The bank used another company and they were very dishonest, were not professional and gave a very poor appraisal. I had them call Shannon specifically and he came out again and did a great job for me. I highly recommend him for your appraisal!
