Warning to those considering a franchise! As with other reviews included here, my experience working with the Dickey's franchise team was awful - including intentionally fraudulent actions/statements on the part of each functional area within Dickey's to secure an upfront franchise fee. They assured me the franchise fee would only be collected if I moved forward with a franchise purchase, but it was debited almost immediately. Roland, Laura, and Renee, Just so you know, you guys have a bunch a clowns running your stores. You have people that allow your stores to run out of product without caring if there's caterings that require certain product to fulfill or just foods that people go to eat and enjoy, therefore losing future repeat guest due to your stores unable to provide what the guest wanted. Roland, you yourself spoke about how you know people go to eat with a specific item in mind and how its our job to make sure that is what the guest gets.... read more
