The food has gone down hill over time. A few years ago I’d consider it a mainstay of the Gibsonton area. The last three times I’ve been, the meat has always been dry. They switch out the waffle fries and now use some generic Walmart crinkle fries. Gave it a few tries to see if it was just a one off, but it’s consistently bad now.
Slaw is good as well as the baked potatoes.
I went in for lunch about a week ago. They messed up my order, wanted chopped brisket but got sliced and the manager offered to fix it. mistakes happen, I get it but that is why i am giving them a 5 because the manager wanted to fix it.
I’ve ordered food 4 times and all 4 times the order has been wrong or incomplete. The food is amazing but the ability to actually provide it is the worst I’ve ever encountered!!!
