I went to Dickeys for the 1st time. I couldn't have been more pleased with the food/prices but it was the service that left me wanting to write a review as soon as I got home! My order was taken by Shawnna, the GM. She was one of the sweetest customer service reps I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Dickey's saved our day! I was hosting a workshop for 20 folks when our scheduled caterer fell through at the last minute. I called Dickey's, and Shawna, the manager, took it from there. Within 30 minutes, they delivered a delicious, hot lunch with all the trimmings. The food was great, the portions were generous, and Shawna was calm, kind, and fast when we needed it most. Has to be the worst bbq I've had in a long time ordered this from door dash because I was to lazy to go out after work got the food and was suprised by small portions all 4 meats in 1 small box but its whatever get my sides out and dessert and the mac and cheese and green beans were good the meat on the other hand tasted of sadness with a side of depression dry is an understatement and tough is being nice so I was hoping my peach cobbler would win me back over nope same story think they scraped the bottom of the dish and gav... read more
It’s worth the detour off I-40. Excellent food and staff. And they have ice cream cones! One of the few Dickies BBQ locations that still does.
