Paid over $30 dollars for the 3 meat platter and left hungry. Was literally handed a bone as one of my ribs. Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully my friend offered to share some of his meal. Very disappointed. Unfortunately will never be eating here again. Do not recommend.
Everytime I come in at about 630 or 7pm this place is closed and or the staff has the door locked and is cleaning but they don't close till 9pm not to sure what's going on here but they are losing business doing this and I look forward to this for dinner every once in a while and it's a shame they lock up and leave that early

I placed an online order with an emailed discount code. It was never indicated on the order that the code was not accepted and I was charged for the full amount. The employee told me that sometimes the codes don't work at their store because they were transferring ownership because of bankruptcy. She said there was nothing that they could do. I took the food because I had already been charged, but there was no offer to refund the discount amount. The food wasn't great either. Dickey's has lost me as a customer.
I don’t know the last time we had Dickey’s and they got everything right. We don’t have special requests or substitutions. Idk why none of the Dickey’s in NoCo know how to serve what is on the menu correctly.
