1 Star – Great Food, Terrible Service from One Employee I’ve been a loyal customer of Dickey’s for years and have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the service—specifically from one employee named Joy—has gone so far downhill that I can no longer recommend this location. Despite ordering the exact same meal for years without issue, Joy consistently treats me with unnecessary rudeness and condescension. Fried chicken sandwiches were soggy and small...they were out of the corn muffins and Bleu cheese dressing we had ordered and paid for. They compensated by giving my son a brownie. They forgot his fries that went with his meal so he had to go back in and wait to get them. We ordered online for pick up. Bill was around $35. Potatoe casserole side was bleh, tasted stale. Would we order from here again? Meh. Unsure.
Ribs were awesome, perfect place to grab a bite or hang out with friends.
High priced. I can do better on my smoker at home
