Out of product at 6p on a Sunday and we found the BBQ sauce station in the following condition with 3 members of staff on duty and 1 table in the building eating.
Last 2 visits, the “meat guy” was not pleasant at all. Wouldn’t even look at me when I talked to him! Totally rude. (I thought about complaining to the manager since this was the second time he was this rude, but I noticed on his name tag that he was the manager!)We received a coupon, so we thought we would do a take-out order, called 6 times and got disconnected. Amazing. This is going to be our first stop whenever we are in Clarksville. (The okra was the best I've ever eaten)
We usually really like Dickey's BBQ. We ran in today for lunch and got 2 sandwiches to go. Both my husband's and my sandwiches were over half fat. Like chunks of fat. After removing the fat we each had enough meat for less than half the bun. Definitely a disappointment!
Best BBQ I have ever had. The food is always hot, employees always friendly, food is delicious. We will be back.
