poor customer service! they would rather fill an online order than to take an order from a face-to-face customer and stop what they're doing for five minutes to wait on that customer

Ordered from here for the first time, what a waste of money. The chicken is like rubber, the pulled pork was full of fat and the turkey was undercooked. The sides have no taste at all. Never again will I order from here.
