Hi, I went into this location on Aug 23, at 7:30 PM and I had tried calling several times before I ended up emailing you at 7:55PM that day at socialmedia@dickeys.com and still have not gotten a response back... I went in Aug 23 for a to go order and they forgot my sliced brisket, sausage, and my green beans, they did give me okra I never ordered and told me they messed up so they were giving me that too. they had also messed up the lady that ordered right before me.
Recommended5 stars delicious Mac and cheese and chicken sandwiches!!!!! Totally recommend.

My family and I ordered our food and drinks. The food was cold and disgusting. The soda machine wasn’t working so none of us could get our sodas. When I asked the gentleman nicely to fix it he told me he was not a mechanic. When I then asked for a refund for the drinks he could not supply he told me he doesn’t know how to give refunds and I would have to wait till 5pm for his manager to come to work.
