The manager of the store just came up and asked me how I liked everything I told him about Plano Texas and going to the store there this is the place that feels like home wherever you go that's why I like Dickey's BBQ I commend the manager of the store for even bothering to come up and talk to me a rare thing these days!

Placed an order online and picked up food. When we got home we realised that the kids drinks were missing, and 3 of our sides were missing. Called them, and they delivered missing items. Awesome service. Thank-you. 5stars.

Dennis Dixon, Im sorry you feel the portion of meat ordered is not what your were looking for. It sounds like it was a two meat plate which should be 8oz. Please let me know what I can do to make this right with you. As far as the flavor of the meat, I can assure you that all of our meats are smoked in the Hot Pit right behind the Block and loaded with wet hickory.
