Let me start off saying my family and I love Dickey's. The food and service is excellent. I have eaten at many other Dickey's locations in Texas and was thrilled to get one in Tyler. Most months we have eaten there once a week. Recently they have changed their menu with the claim of lower prices. I respectfully disagree. Not offering plates that include your meat and sides is a misstep in my opinion. People like easy. Having to figure out each little thing makes ordering a chore.
