Dickey's STINKS. If I could give a zero or negative score, I would. I placed an order on their website 5/23 and received a confirmation. Spoke to KATE a MANAGER two times regarding my order. When I arrived to pick up my order at 11:00am on 6/3 - they had nothing but a dazed and confused employee with poor customer service. No apology - no oh gosh, you have 59 people coming in an hour? What can we do to help? Nada.
We have loved Dickey's from the first time in Feb of 2012.. have gone to both the Waukesha and the Miller Parkway.. we went tonight. I got at 4:30pm the last of the baked beans they were cold.. the mashed potato that was always so good was cold. the meats on a 2 plate and 3 plate were cold.. the really great buns this time were hard and cold.. cost of dinner for 2 $36.82, no wood smoke smell the place was very very clean. we were told they had had a huge run on the foods this day 4-21-2018.. know what when an old food servic... read more
Patronized the restaurant on Saturday, February 10th, 2018. Upon entering it was obvious the two employees were busy filling a catering order. Employees were attentive to the situation as they offered comped beverages as we waited. Once they were completed, they provided us with EXCELLENT service. I could not of expected better service from BOTH employees as what was received that evening. The food was good, large portions, tasty, clean atmosphere, etc. Completely satisfied, recommended!
First visit to a Dickey’s, food was fantastic. I was sad that I got home and our potato salad was missing. I’m not sure if it was forgotten or if I dropped it �. I sure did love the beef brisket though!

We have gone to this Dickey's many times. They've undergone some changes and we were unsure if we loved the change. Last night we went and it was fantastic. Great service, very helpful in understanding the menu and the food was delicious!!! So glad to have this back in the rotation!
Food was alright, changed from grilled chicken breasts to oven baked. They overcharged me, I gave them my address for the gift card they promised. Its been 3 years and no gift card.
