Worst meal in years, used to be good but is now a disaster. Dirty place, out of food, cold food, stale bread. Shame on you for taking people’s money. Even the cook/manager last nite was fed up and told us he was quitting to go work for Chick Fil A!
what the hell is going on here? we came at noon on a Sunday there is one guy working so we waited in like for over 10 minutes (there were only 2 people ahead of us). they are out of almost everything but he didn't tell us until we tried to order each thing. no buns. 1/2 the sides were out. only 2 of the drinks on the self-serve soda fountain worked (lemonade, coke). ice cream machine turned off. no napkins at all (we got the brown paper towels from the bathroom). Not cool to accept online orders and have your lights off and door padlocked when arriving to pick up order.
RecommendedFirst time at Dickey's. it was excellent. Wish there was one closer to where we live. It would be a frequent stop!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We have always LOVED Dickey's. Today was our WORST experience ever. I understand they are going through a service change, so they were low on product but it should not affect the quality of the food that they serve. Let me actually start with the ordering process. I knew walking in that they were low on product. This was not a problem. From the list they had on the door I knew none of the items they were out of were items that we eat. What is going on with the food? Different green beans and although we ordered chicken and pork-got chicken and beef; we have not eaten beef for over 20yrs for health reasons-but live too far to take it all the way back. Dickey’s has been or go to Sunday night meal for a while-but questioning if that’s something we need to rethink!!!!!
Customer service very rude. Server kept rolling her eyes at me every time I asked a question about the food. We won't be back.
