Absolutely delicious BBQ and service second to none!! Dickey’s has been partnering with Community Hospice to feed hospitals, nursing homes and first responders during this Covid-19 crisis; enabling us to feed over 400 people thus far!!! Their generosity has been astounding. And we aren’t finished yet.....we feed more next week!! Thank you, Dickey’s, for truly caring about your community and giving back in such a tremendous way.
Customer service was awful! Was hung up on by the gentleman who answered the phone. I ordered via Waitr and called to see why my order wasn't going through. He said we closed at 7 and hung up on me....just wow!
Went about 3.00pm today. Ordered pork San and beans and slaw. The sandwich bun was hard and stale. The pork was fatty and large hard chunks. A friend with me had hard bun and pork was chunky and stringy. It will be a long time til I go there again.
The food was fresh and full of flavor! Highly recommend!!
very upset, went in at 12:30 and were told they were out of ribs at the time. Come on midday and no ribs????? Poor planning or what. The people behind us wanted ribs too. Losing sales.
This place has let it's self go. I went Thursday night and the ice cream was gross the cones were stale. The bbq was dry and my potato casserole was old and brown. They also messed up my order. Was so not worth the money I wouldn't waste yours.
