Mobile's best casual seafood restaurant – Best crawfish in town. Best fried seafood in Mobile. Fried flounder is outstanding. Fried, Blackend or Grilled outstanding. Excellent service. I've eaten here numerous times and have never been disappointed.

I stayed in gulf shores for 3 days and ate all different places for seafood, and just plain good food, and was pleased. But on the way home stopped by R&Rs seafood and had by far hands down the absolute best meal all weekend. I will request that anyone going that way needs to stop and try it.

I ONLY SELECT ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE THE OPTION FOR NO STARS! I preordered 45lbs of live crawfish with the understanding I would pay extra for 5 of the pounds because they would have to break a bag. When my husband went to go pick up the crawfish a man told him, "No he was not going to break a bag." My husband told him I had preordered 45lbs. He still said no and only gave him 38lbs. When I called to complain the owner told me he was the one who said no. Then he told me I would have to pay extra. I explained that I already knew that and that is what I had ordered. He told me “FINE” your husband can come back and get the rest of the crawfish. I told him my husband was not going to drive all the way back up there. Now as a customer I was looking for an apology of some kind or an explanation as to why I did not get what I ordered! Right? Well instead the owner then told me he, “WAS NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO ME NAG!” and then hung up the phone on me! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
