Been trying to get a refund for 6 days called 3-5 times still out my 29.00. It’s a shame I actually like Dickey’s but the customer service is sub par.
My husband and I decided to have bbq delivered by door dash. The food looked great online, but when it got here we were disappointed. The portions are so small for $10.95 a plate. The chopped brisket was decent, but neither of us liked the pulled pork. The sides taste like they came from a can. The Mac and cheese is comparable to kfc Mac and cheese 🤮 the potato salad didn’t look like any that we had ever eaten before. the best thing we got out of our whole meal was the brisket and spicy bbq sauce.
Friendly service, better food! Reasonably priced - COVID guidelines practiced and cleanliness of dining areas both inside and outside. it sits off the main hwy -

Great food! Will definitely be back next year.
Although I liked the food, the portions was wayyy too small for the price we paid for. We got the 3 meat plate with 2 sides and when I tell you I could probably fit all the food in a Coca Cola can, I’m serious. It was 11.95 and I could’ve gotten way more somewhere else.
