I have always liked the BBQ .... but EVERY TIME we have ordered through Menu Express the order has been WRONG! EVERY TIME! It is the fault of both organizations! They don’t seem to care enough about the people who are ordering $50 worth of food to make sure the order is right. BTW. I do a lot of catered things and if I can’t get a dinner for 2 delivered correctly I definitely won’t use them for 20+.

7:40 p.m. I walked into the store in Slidell on Airport Road. I go to place an order and the man with the beard and the glasses on behind the counter informs me there are no ribs and no beef brisket. No wonder why they do a poor business. I could care less if they closed down or not because I will not walk foot back in that store. He began to mumble something to me about cooking the meat earlier in the day and I told him they close at 9 p.m. according to the website. And here it was only 7:40 p.m. . Well every time I go to dickeys they are out of something and last time I emailed never got a response back went again tonight at 6.00 on a Friday and they where out of potatoes, chicken, and sausage everything I was trying to get I understand it can happen occasionally but this is a business and it happens quite often I have to hop on the interstate to get there or travel through town I just think it's bad for business and I really hate to complain because I love the food it has just happened so many times

Shoot it took me a while to figure this whole thing out lol! I dont frequent facebook often but I felt I had to leave a review for this establishment. Last week I went to dickeys for the 2 for 22 deal and although the food was great the customer service I received was subpar. The young taller gentleman behind the counter did not greet me as I walked in and then seemed to finish his text message before cutting my meat!
