We were not impressed, which saddens me because the one here in Nixa has always been good. Service was good, the young lady behind the counter was very friendly. First words out the young man's mouth the minute we walked in were "we're out of brisket". Seriously it was eight thirty on Friday night? Although the portions were generous the food was not hot, and my potatoes were actually cold. We will not go back to that location.

Brisket was mouth watering, so good. Everything was great including prices. They have an outside sitting area, my toddlers loved being outdoors so that's a plus for parents with toddlers.
Not the same experience as other Dickey’s. Very rude staff. Manager saw me refilling my son’s drink and assumed I was drinking from a kids cup. Instead of asking me directly, he asked the employee who rang us up, but loudly enough I could hear. She told him we had waters, he quizzed her on whether we asked for them. Either be direct or ask away from your customer’s earshot. Rude, and also overpriced and under quality compared to other Dickey’s locations.

Onion tangles were Delish but pork slider had too much bread.

Diane, thanks for the positive on the Tanglers. The pork slider should have been served on one of our square dinner rolls. Was it served on a square roll or a round bun?
The one in forth smith AR the stuff is over priced.thats just my opinion

We have always gotten great food & fantastic service at this location. We have had online coupons that don't always work right and they always make it right for us. We think they are truly wonderful.
