The Riverton Utah Dickey's location has really gone downhill over the past year! At the beginning of 2019, food was good quality and counter help was very friendly. My most recent visit was very disappointing. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and the meat was overcooked and dry. The fried okra was good, but when the main part of the meal is so lackluster, it really can't make up for it. It also felt like the counter help was put out that they had to put together an order.
I have had an absolutely horrible experience with dickeys today. I arrived to pick my food up and waited an extra 15-20 minutes. When I received my food it was slightly warm, I got home and found the waffle fries to be rock hard and tasted as if they had been sitting in oil all day. The kids meal was very poorly prepared, doesn’t look the least bit appetizing. The ribs were thrown in there in a heaping mess, most not even on the rib. Horrible over reheated food. Ribs are greasy dark to the bone sausage reheated also. Calle manager he refused to talk to me. Claimed call back none received. Do not support this place. Not for reheated food. Horrible service. Do you want to pay for this?

Absolutely the best barbecue ever! I went the other day and ooowee those ribs were to die for! I'd recommend everyone to try this location!
The staff are always friendly. I’ve ordered take out quite a few times and they always get the order right. Meat portions are good and sides are great.
