A taste of real barbecue from a stranger in a strange land
Amazing food! They just catered my wedding last night, was way more than I excepted!! Great service, by Joshua! I can't even thank him enough for going over and beyond.

Being from KC, it's hard to find good bbq but I found and will come back.
We made our first visit to Dickey's for July 4th at about 7pm since we wanted BBQ food but didn't have time to make it ourselves. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the food. I didn't catch the names of the 2 employees tonight, but they were kind, helpful, courteous, accommodating, and really should be considered an asset to this company. As a former Texan who grew up with a "Big Ol'" bottle of Original Sauce and Dickey's Big Yellow Cup in my mouth, I was ecstatic when they came to Mentor back in 2014. We visited on my birthday and were terribly underwhelmed. Never returned. Two years later and jonesing hard for BBQ, I decided to check out Yelp reviews. They had turned around for the good, so I crossed my fingers and placed an online To Go order. I've been there on two different occasions. The food wasn't that great. I don't think I'll go back. In fact i threw away the free sandwich coupons I had. Crooked River is a much better choice.
