I ordered two #1 Meat plates, one was a chunk of meat the other looked like a large bowl of earth worms. I called and was told that's what sliced brisket looked like. He asked if what he could do about it. Noting really it was sad. I had called my order in on my way home from Dog Training class. Had my 1 year old dog with me so I ran in and picked up my order. Service and food quality have declined greatly! Cold pulled pork, cold roll, employees hacking and sneezing in back, ice cream was like milk.
Absolutely horrible... Never will I eat at any dickeys establishment after that experience.. I can understand being busy filling a catering order.. but at least acknowledge your customers who have been standing in line for over 10 minutes patiently waiting.. I'm directly across from you and a simple, I will be with you as soon as possible can go a long way! Never again!
Our half rack of ribs was waaaaay over cooked. Like leather. Left over from lunch??
Loaded baked potato had butter, sour cream, and cheese...thats it... was told only corporate stores have chives and bacon.... 6.50 for a potato with that??? Not worth it... brisket was decent though... bbq sauce not warm like normal... pretty disappointed...
