Food use to be good , back in the 90s this if my first time since the early 2000s not so good anymore
HORRIBLE service. Got takeout to my hotel and the brisket was burned and dry. The sides were under filled (which was fine because I almost puked when I tasted the green bean stuff). I tried calling to talk to a manager, but nobody answered the phone.
The food is delicious, but they won't answer the phone...
I just had literally the worst experience at your Burnsville MN store. I feel SWINDLED by your company. 4 sides missing, the add on ribs missing, all the toppings missing from the turkey sandwich, cold food, Caesar salad not even 1/2 full, a burnt end given as brisket instead of sliced brisket like ordered. This was the SINGLE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE that I have ever had - and I am a total foodie and eat out 8-10 times a week.
RecommendedMaybe try a different batter for the okra. For two weeks now, the batter is too salty. Had to scrape off salt, in order to eat.
I ordered 24 pieces yesterday for 50.00 it was burnt. I recommend not cooking it for so long, I was highly disappointed. I also had the beans and coleslaw which was pretty good. It was awfully expensive and no one could eat the ribs because the top was like jerky meat. Don’t cook the meat for so long.
In this crazy time we’re in, we had decided to try and not eat out as much to save money. We had been looking forward to our one night of dining out for the week and we were excited to have some good BBQ. Having eaten here before, we assumed it would be good again.
