Loved going here when it first opened however we have watched it go down over the past couple of years. The place is filthy, employee attitudes need an adjustment, not an enjoyable experience at all. The food is mediocre.

We get Mac n cheese every time we come. Idk what happened today but it was like diet Mac n cheese (colored noodles) This is not ok lol. What happened?!!! Please do not start changing the quality of the food #BackToTheOldMac
Freaking filthy. There was NO CLEANLINESS in this restaurant. It turned my stomach to sit and dine inside. The managerial staff should be embarrassed. Totally disgusting. Corporate should take note of this location and improvements should be made ASAP! I have pictures for those in corporate who care to see them.
Flavor: Awesome! Amount of food: good! Price : too expensive for my opinion. I can spend same money somewhere else and feed two people.
Not sure what happened to this place. Customer service is horrible and it’s very dirty. (Particularly the bathroom). It hasn’t always been like this. I was embarrassed when I brought out of town people here.
With AWESOME service ,I devoured a 1/2lb of freshly cut brisket(w/the fat on it�),beans & a lemonade
I'm eating Dickeys for the first time right now. And WOW!! I got the sliced brisket with Potato Salad and Barbecue Beans. It's amazingly delicious!!! The BBQ sauce that came with my food is SO GOOD!! Little bit of spice to it. I love it!!! Very Satisfied!! TY!!! Also, I ordered with the WaitrApp.
