Ordered for delivery today and it was awful...missing sides, etc. Now I remember why we never order from or eat at Dickey’s in Covington!

went tonight hands down the most nasty crap I have ever eaten myself an wife,kids literally took a few bites got up and put it I. the trash told the manager about it and she laughed then told her how dirty the place was and she said well will never go back 65 bucks on crap and still had to go eat some were else dam same
i could never eat at a place that has such disgusting, and poor morale acceptance. To employ such management of bad judgement that 1 has kept there kids from the mother since December, refusing visitation, controlled and monitored phone calls. using COVID19 and the court closures to a menacing advantage. continuing to brainwash the children and alienate them from there mom. Overall I was satisfied...
Went today to enjoy some brisket. Stood there waiting for 5 minutes while they prepared many To-go meals. I was standing there about to drop $50! They dude threat never has his head covered made the meat; the blonde with all the zits on her face stood there doing nothing. When I called; I yelled; I was frustrated; my bad. It’s actually “poor service” rather than “slow service” but that wasn’t one of the choices offered. We were frequent customers when Dickey’s initially opened in Covington. However, service declined over time, eventually to the point we quit going. After not patronizing it for over a year, I decided to give it another chance last weekend. Sadly, the service issues haven’t improved and I’ll still be getting my BBQ fix elsewhere.
