Appointment 1:30 long wait in waiting room moved to exam room and doctor in at 2:45 finally to see me my 15 minutes was up at 3:00. Can’t continue.

After waiting 2 1/2 hours, was taken to exam room. About 30 minutes later was informed I would have to switch rooms with another patient. Neither room was cleaned or disinfected before the swap. They do not allow anyone to accompany you to the room for emotional or physical support. Even if you specifically request it for medical or personal reasons. Another patient had an appointment before mine. They forgot to enter it in their computer, he was still sitting in waiting area when I was called
