Dickens is awesome! I’ve been going there for decades. The most recent purchase was a new zero turn. Hoyt was great to work with. The prices are fair and the service was excellent. Highly recommend them to anyone needing outdoor power equipment.
Dickens Turf in Murfreesboro has great customer service. Starting with the front desk staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of my zero turn mower. I purchased a mower from them 5 years ago and the customer service is just as good now as it was then! The manager even took time to deliver my mower himself. I would highly recommend Dickens Turf to anyone who is looking to buy a mower.
I stopped in the Dickens Turf store right at closing time as they were locking the door and Jay insisted that I come in to get what I needed. Jay went over and above to make sure I had what I needed even after closing time.
I went to look at a few zero turns that I had researched online and the team there was happy to answer my questions. I didn't buy that day, but did come back after shopping around and bought a new mower. However, what made me leave a review is actually Scott, the guy who delivered my new zero turn. He was incredibly professional,knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and genuinely impressed me with how much care he invested in making sure I was familiar with the mower and how to use it.
