Rusty at the Murfreesboro location was awesome throughout the entire process, communication was spot on every time.
Stopped in to look at a zero turn 2 years ago, this team know what they are doing! I bought the mower & since then 4 more plus chemicals, and a wall full of small tools. Always positive attitudes and explain what you need or have someone else explain it if they have a better knowledge of that product. Highly recommend this Team!
Fantastic service, response time, and help! Went to a different local mower shop in cannonsburg who would not great me and was rude when I was inquiring information. They sent me to Dickens where I was treated every time I stepped foot into the door and the were very informative and even helped me unload and load my mower that had to be repaired. Will be using Dickens every time moving forward.
