Service found that the part was covered under warranty and I was on my way back to work in 30 minutes. Can’t get better than that.

I may not have purchased from them, but they're local and they treated me well enough. I see every single one of the service department and sales department, including the owner at work, and even if things didn't work out, Jared helped me out a ton.
Horrible customer service. Truck was leaking oil and power steering fluid. Insisted I take truck back until parts arrived. Refused loaner, even though my service contract includes it. I will tell all my friends and family to never give this stealership any business.
