These ratings have to be made up. Do not buy a used vehicle here. Drove 4 hours to see it and we were lied too many things wrong with it including the a/c not working and there mechanics supposedly saying the a/c wont work when its cold outside. What a joke! The ac had die injected into it recently so it was obvious there was a leak somewhere and they were too stupid to fix it/ figure it out. I am currently driving a 2015 Equinox that I leased from Wickstrom last May. I previously purchased a used Trailblazer from the dealership in 2009 and two of my sons have purchased vehicles from them, one new and one used. We have always been happy with both the sales and service staff. I have never felt pushed or uncomfortable during the purchase process and I am completely happy with the service writers who go out of their way in scheduling appointments, emergency or not, and providing a loaner if necessary.
