It was a nice low-pressure sales experience, and they were very easy to work with on the delivery and installation. I was very pleased with the end result, and I will continue to give them my business.
I wish I had read the other reviews before I bought appliances from DVD. I needed some specialty appliances for my kitchen, and thought that I was being smart in buying from local experts instead of purchasing from a big-box national chain. It was a disaster from start to finish. I was not told what was necessary for proper installation (was I supposed to know this? Ruined my flooring with delivery!!! – I think it tells a lot about a business, when the customer service manager, flat out calls a customer a liar when reporting a problem with delivery. I recently purchased a washer from Dick Van Dyke and had it delivered to my home. The delivery person took the cart through my muddy yard, instead of the side walk, and tracked mudd through my house. Horrible - Crooks – They must be making a fortune from people they're sticking for "restocking' charges when they should be helping select appliances that will work for customers. Then they keep your money until the credit card company contacts them for disputes to the bill when they charged your account but then won't credit it. These people are criminals and I hope they go belly up soon. Not soon enough for me.
