All of the reps I encountered in the service department were friendly and courteous and the service I received was fast. I was very pleased.
The experience overall was ok the staff seemed friendly but not too talkative. The issue I had was them calling me 15 min before close! I told the rep I would have to uber back which requires a little time advance. If my vehicle was already done due to the warranty not wanting to cover the other issues, I should have gotten a call earlier! My experience was pretty good as far as my SA goes the day of my purchase. However I noticed paint chipping and scratches on the car two days later that were not there when I purchased the car. It appears that they used some cheap cover up paint to cover up the scratches so that I wouldn’t notice it. Although the car was sold as is. I was very disappointed that I was not made aware that the car had minor damage. I tried to contact my SA he did not return my phone call.
The Nissan tech was helping in servicing my car quickly.
George was an excellent salesman. I went into the dealership with a negative attitude thinking I couldn't get e new car. I left 2 hrs later in a 2025 vehicle. Awesome people all throughout the dealership.
