I had a nice experience purchasing my new vehicle. Elizabeth Mars, sales person, was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. The financing process was smooth and acceptable, and the finance officer was polite and also very professional. Overall, it was a positive and pleasant buying experience. Ask for Elizabeth if you go!!

Talked them about buying a jeep compass. That all i wanted was payoff. Caravan sent me to another one to buy it. Dick smith told me they would take it for payoff. I had know idea they wanted me to trade it in. Was never in conversation. Thanks Caravana and Dicks.
