I've been getting my car serviced here for awhile and earlier this yr went for a tune up and some other things done for my car...my car started having issues with stalling...took it to advance for their diagnostic and it came up with misfires...had to have my spark plugs done and the way they looked when taken out it's no way the service I paid for was done and I shouldn't have had to replace plugs this soon. Dick Smith Infiniti/Nissan was most friendly and helpful with our new Infiniti QX60 purchase. Jaun Orbe did an awesome job getting everything put in place and was patient when we made a change in our purchase. The entire staff was very helpful from management to finance. This is our second purchase from them and if we ever need another vehicle this is where we will come. Thank you guys the Burns family!
