My car is less than 5 years old, it began not starting when hot. After the second time it did it I drove straight to this dealership. They told me it would be a $200 diagnostic fee that would go towards any repairs. They called me back a day later and said they could not recreate the issue. I asked if they let the vehicle get hot and then turn it off and try to turn it back on (sounds simple enough to me to recreate) and they said no, they could not test it that way. I walked into Dick Smith at about 545pm and said ' I want to leave with a car'. George Diaz greeted me and told I would leave with a new car. I told him I wanted newer Altima and he found just that. Jah one of the managers also came out greeted me and went over where I wanted my payments to be. He worked his magic on the finance side and got me exactly what I wanted.
