I walked into Dick Smith at about 545pm and said ' I want to leave with a car'. George Diaz greeted me and told I would leave with a new car. I told him I wanted newer Altima and he found just that. Jah one of the managers also came out greeted me and went over where I wanted my payments to be. He worked his magic on the finance side and got me exactly what I wanted. After 3 visits to resolve an airbag light and being told that 'parts are on order', I was recently told that there were no records of my visits (even though my vehicle was left there for a week). So I continue to drive a 2024, not knowing if my airbag will deploy in an accident. The worst part is that Dick Smith has such a monopoly of the area, I would need to drive to Orangeburg to get this 'warranty item' fixed.
Firstly, I didnt have any issues with the dealership itself, besides them being a little on the pushy side. However, if you get a car from a Nissan dealership, dont EVER get the loan through Nissan financing. Hands down THE WORST experience with these lenders. We got a brand new car and never received any communications from the lender. EVER. No welcome packet, either through email or physical mail so we couldn't get our account set up.
