They keep their promises. This was the best experience I have had with Bob Howard Nissan. The service advisor Gary is really nice and cared about my service issue. Bob Howard delivered on their promises... even washing and vacuuming my car as promised.

what happened? yall used to wash the vehicle after service before you returned it to the customer. do you not do that any more? overall i had a good experience.
