Amazing staff! My experience was positive in all aspects so I did not see anything that could improve. This includes the towing and shuttle services which were extremely convenient and helpful. Refreshingly different! Of all the cars I have bought, I dreaded buying another new car, like going to the dentist. You can also feel his passion and confidence for the Nissan brand. Riley Steven in finance was very professional something I have not experienced in a very long time. You could trust what he said and offered.
1 star is a generous rating We all know that car dealerships are high pressure areas. Since everyone is paid on commission that is understandable. Everything is great when it goes smoothly, but when it goes south beware. All of sudden the finger pointing turns and you will become assualted from every front. I took my car in a few weeks ago because it wouldnt start. They said it would be an easy fix. Two days and 200 bucks later I got it back. Two days after that it was broken again.
