Very pleased! Very pleased! We purchased the car at Bob Moore and they detailed the car -- they couldn`t get the sticker marks off the car but you all did!
Accomodating service The service manager was very accommodating as he extended a coupon for my oil change and tire rotation from a November ad. That kind of service will keep me coming back for my service work even though I`m 100 miles away in Ponca City.

Rude. Impersonal. Pressure Tactics Rude and impersonal. We drove in from 3 hours away and set up an appointment with Don. As soon as walked in he launched in to a story about how some guy from Maryland wanted the same car we did and we had to buy it right away or he had to call the other guy and sell it to him. Took the stress out of buying a car My wife and I just purchased a used Nissan Murano from here and it was hands down the least stressful and hassle-free experience either of us had had buying a car. The vehicles were very fairly priced and the sales and financing staff were very helpful. We never once felt like we were being pressured. Best car buying experience ever! I personally think that this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I emailed them for a price and was responded to very quickly. I was told by another Nissan dealer a lower price but when I went there they did not honor what they had said. So I called Molly at Buckeye and set up an appointment. like the waiting area For a large dealership this place really isnt what you would expect. Thye did a great job in a pinch when i needed them and really didnt overcharge me like I thought they would. Their waiting area was great and i dont have a problem getting an appt.
Buckeye Nissan Service Just bought a used 05 Maxima SL from Buckeye Nissan. It was used but looked in great shape. And was "Nissan Certified". On the way home from the dealer all four power locks quit working and the breaks started squeaking. New pads fixed the "shot" front brakes (my expense) but now BN wants to charger me to replace the two read door lock actuators, they fixed the front drivers door no charge and agreed after some complaining to fix the passenger door lock actuator but want me to pay $$$ for the two rear d... read more
