Great Service After being held hostage and getting my arm pulled at a dealership, I went to Dick Smith Ford, were I met my sales person Eric Basiliere. He made my leasing so easy and more importantly, had me in and out in less than an hour. Everyone out there, Dick Smith Ford and Eric don't like wasting anyone's time and great to work with.

Dick Smith Ford Alphonzo Broughton was able to find the right F-150 for me with all the features and color I wanted. Finding it wasn't easy, but he eventually found it at another dealership and brought it in for me for no extra cost. I still got the same deal as if it would of been on his lot. Great salesman to work with.
Love my Escape I first spoke to Alphonzo Broughton from Dick Smith Ford over a sales call about the new 2013 Ford Escapes. He told me they weren't in yet, but would call me when they arrive. He keep his word and did just that. He had the right one for me and the buying process was fast. Love my new Escape.
