I had a unique situation that called for an interior part replacement. The part was ordered on Monday, arrived Tuesday, and was installed that same day. I’m grateful to Brian Vestrand for his professionalism and all the effort he put in to make it happen so smoothly.
I brought my vehicle in for interior repairs and couldn’t be happier. Lori is so pleasant and professional to work with. It’s imperative in any business to have a good front line staff and Lori is definitely that! Brad handled the interior repairs and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I had one particular concern and Brad made every attempt to take care of it. He was great to work with. I would most definitely return to Dick Scott collision for repairs based on my recent experience.
