Took forever, slow service. Unprepared for the scheduled service, did not have proper part wasted 3 days. Did not cost what original estimate was, over by hundreds of dollars

I should have read the reviews. I'm a senior citizen who thought I was doing the right thing taking my car into a Jeep Service center because my cars still under warranty. The young man who had me standing reluctantly took his time checking me in was almost non communicative but wrote me up for a $260 service without explanation I think because he had to allow me to use the shuttle to Dearborn Heights, "outside of their radius," nothing about that on the website. Not impressed. At the time of service I had the vehicle 1 month with around 300 miles on it. It had a number of issues including one they wanted to charge me 1400 to fix. I have two warranties and conveniently none covered this expensive repair. I will just go w/o the functionality. BTW this is a certified used truck...I will not be back for service here.

I recently took my car in for a safety recall and had a few other items checked while I was there. I mentioned that my tire pressure sensors have been faulty. However, the response I received was dismissive, with the explanation that it was just due to the cold weather. As the primary driver of the car, I know that no matter how much air I put in the tires, the sensors continue to show low pressure.
