I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee From Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver, Wa. on Dec. 26th ,2011 from Steve Bushey. I have purchased many other new cars from different dealerships and I have to say this one of the most pleasant car purchases I have made. Service – After barely making it to the dealership (my Jeep had to be pushed into the Shop), the Dick Hannah Jeep Dealership was quick to get my Jeep in for repair. Paul Quimby was detailed in explaining what services were performed and the machanics had my car repaired in record time. Overall I had a great experience. Jeep Sales – I just bought my 3rd new Jeep from Dick Hannah. the Sales department was awsome Tim and his team made me very comfortable. The paper work was a breeze Brett had all ready to go. Iv never enjoyed buying a car more thank you fellas. Id like to add the service department has also been great to me In the last snow storm they brought chains to me in portland. They always go above and beond to help me keep my jeep perfict thanks

Jeep service – Took my Grand Cherokee in for an oxygen sensor. Q outed 130 plus tax. Final bill 162 including tax. Not bad and part was correct Chrysler part and labor was fair. They also checked everything out and corrected all the recalls. The recall items took more time than I had allotted, but all was finished by early a.m. the following day. A good experience, good communication and service, and shuttle is a good touch. Thank you BRM
