They sold me a car with faulty brakes. I had them inspect the car and they went out on me when I was turning into my neighborhood. They refused to take the car back or make it right. The only thing they tried to do was sell me a more expensive car while only offering $6k for the car. I paid $16k for a 2016 Nissan Versa with faulty brakes. My fiance and I decided to goto this dealership after being jerked around by other places. Our credit is not superb and unfortunately had a lot of negative equity on our existing car loan. The name of the salesman we worked with was "Job." He was so kind, helpful, understanding, and easy to talk to. Takoda at Dick Hannah Nissan worked with me for about 5 weeks to get the perfect car for me. He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient through
the entire process. The sale was quick and easy and was able to do most of it online so I wasn’t waiting in the dealership for hours. Takoda and Lance are great to work with and I will buy another car here.
I recently purchased a new vehicle. Ian who helped us throughout the day (8 hours) was extremely patient and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed or pressure in anyway.
