Maria Hall was rude and impatient on the online chat. She was not willing to do anything to sell a vehicle. Not sure that Maria even exists as she responded to me on the chat when she was not actually there to respond. Passed on to Sorban who I actually spoke with and told him that I was coming in. Sorban did not know anything about the vehicle. He relied on his phone for information. I set up an appointment for 1pm. He didnt arrive in the lobby until 107pm. My guy Larry was the best! He truly was a joy to work with and quite hilarious. He has an understanding of the vehicles and was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing which made my choice easy on the car that I wanted. I also worked with Ernie in financing and he was a so quick with my financing and had me in and out within 15-20 minutes. I LOVE my new baby and I'm so glad I was able to work with them.
