Salesman Jesse Morris treats his customers like family. I’ve bought several cars from Jesse and he’s the salesman I’ll seek out every time I’m car shopping. Even when the process can be drawn out and seem long, Jesse remains with you and keeps you entertained. Every car buying experience I’ve had with Jesse has actually been fun. If Dick Hannah wants to keep my business, they need to keep Jesse Morris!
Had to get a recall fixed on my vehicle, was able to book online, was called by friendly, knowledgeable staff with clarifying questions. When I dropped off my vehicle, the staff was extremely attentive, it was my first time there, they were understanding and right with me. I waited MAYBE 5 minutes to be checked in but was communicated with the entire time, letting me know why. Dropped off my car at 8am, was done by lunch.
