Dick Franklin Agency and my agent Marcy was very thorough and exceptionally patient with me. Being new to Florida the laws for Auto and Property Insurance are much different. Marcy answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Marcy was available via phone which I prefer over email. Bonus; I was able to secure an auto policy for $81.23 per month versus $165.81 per month in Minnesota. Same SUV, and the same coverage. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due. My State Farm agency is great, Marcie specifically. She calls me when there are discounts available for my coverage, and my premiums have actually gone down in the 4-5 years I've been with them. And my last interaction where I needed new coverage for a car immediately, she was patient helpful and made sure I got what I needed, even though I was not prepared, at all.
