I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim Schalow who provided me with excellent customer service. I recently went online to shop for quotes on an auto policy which was coming up for renewal in June and surprisingly enough, Jim was able to give my husband and I a great quote for the level of coverage we wanted in comparison to the existing coverage we had. Lucretia was so patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain every detail clearly.
